Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 10–14 business days from dispatch. Some orders arrive sooner; during peak periods a small number take longer.

We want to be straightforward about this: our fulfilment partner ships internationally, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the facility. If you have not received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, contact us and we will look into it.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no additional charges at checkout.

Customs and duties

For orders delivered within the United States, no additional customs charges apply. For deliveries elsewhere, any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. We can amend an address before dispatch if you contact us quickly. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either resend it or refund you in full.
